Whether you’re stepping onto the dance floor for the first time or you’re a seasoned dancer, this class welcomes all levels with open arms and good vibes.

    Get ready to step, sweat, laugh, and catch a whole vibe at The Trap Lab Studio. Expect easy-to-follow instruction, feel good music, and an uplifting atmosphere designed to make everybody feel comfortable and confident. No dance experience needed — this class is completely beginner friendly and all about having fun while moving your body.

    Pull up solo or bring the whole crew because we offer both single tickets and group rates available. So grab your friends, coworkers, cousins, or date night crew and come join us!

    Get ready for a high-energy dance fitness class inspired by your favorite Chris Brown & Usher hits. Expect nonstop vibes, cardio, choreography, and a playlist that’s going to have everybody singing without even trying!

    This is first and foremost a workout, but we’re adding a little karaoke energy and concert feel to make it even more fun.

    Bring a friend, a mat, and an open heart. Let’s come together to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect with our innermost selves.

    Optional items: For added comfort and enriching meditation experience you can bring a blanket or shawl for warmth, yoga blocks for support and a pillow for added comfort.

    Oh, and of course, we will have Mimosas and light refreshments!
